Her career began as an Air Hostess with Saudi Airlines, where she gained invaluable global exposure, honed exceptional service standards, and developed top-tier international hospitality skills. She later joined Kingfisher Airlines, one of India’s most prestigious carriers, further strengthening her knowledge in inflight services, passenger safety, and premium customer care.

Driven by her passion for aviation and mentoring young talent, Nidhi Jha founded High Aero Academy with a vision to create a center of excellence for aviation training. The academy specializes in preparing candidates for careers in aviation, hospitality, and ground operations, offering practical training, industry insights, and professional guidance.
